User Data Deletion Instructions
Use this page if you want your personal data deleted from Rivrala Tap systems.
1. What You Can Request
You can request deletion of your Rivrala Tap account profile, Facebook-linked profile data, phone/email contact details, and non-essential support metadata linked to your identity.
2. How to Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email to support@rivrala.com with subject Data Deletion Request.
Include one of the following identifiers so we can locate your account safely:
- Registered phone number
- Registered email address
- Facebook account email used for login
3. Verification and Timeline
We may ask for verification before deleting data to prevent unauthorized requests. Once verified, deletion is typically completed within 7 business days.
4. Data We May Retain
Certain records (for example, invoices, payment references, and mandatory tax/compliance records) may be retained only as legally required. These records are restricted from marketing use.
5. Facebook Login Data
If your account was created using Facebook Login, we delete the Facebook-linked profile data stored in our systems when your request is processed.
